How Do You Use a Nitrous Oxide Charger?

Always take care when opening a nitrous oxide charger, and only use them for their intended use. There is a danger of burning your hands due to how cold they get once opened. Always follow the instructions given for the canisters themselves, and the container you are using.

Place your whipper charger into the holder with the smallest end facing upwards. Gently twist the charger holder onto the head of the canister until you hear a hiss. The hiss means that the gas is being released! Shake your cream dispenser a few times and start using it.
